Women’s Voices Project Wins National Award
We are delighted to announce that FODIP’s Women’s sport project won the Spirit of 2012 Connecting Communities Award at the British Ethnic Diversity Sports Awards (BEDSA’s) 2018. Programme Director Sadia Akram received the trophy on behalf of FODIP. Thank you to all who voted! The Award night was hosted by Sir Lenny Henry. (Sporting Equals are founders of the BEDSAs helping to promote sport and its wider benefits to Black Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) communities.)
